I don’t know if I can accurately explain how much I adore Barbara and her family. When she reached out to me to schedule their session, I immediately felt like we had been friends for years. Especially after they asked if I had lived in San Diego when they saw my phone number – I was born and raised in California. So, we began to bond over real Mexican food (sorry Texans haha) and the need for their next photo session!!! Together, we planned gorgeous fall Adriatica Village family portraits for her and her family. And now, I’m finally sharing this dreamy session with you!
Adriatica Village Family Portraits
As we were planning her session, Barbara mentioned that she wanted to be sure wherever we chose had easy access for her son’s wheelchair. Cashton is an incredible little guy! He was diagnosed with Gullain-Barre not long after he started to walk and recently had surgery on both hips. I’ve been following their journey since we met and it’s amazing how strong he (and his family) are! Adriatica Village was seriously the perfect location for their session – accessible and beautiful. It’s easily one of my favorite places in McKinney!
One of the best parts of family sessions is the chance to capture all of your family’s relationships. Watching Cashton and his sister, Coral, together was amazing. They’re so sweet together! And watching both of them with their parents was seriously a dream. The Kuppers are just incredible – and I’m SO honored I was able to document this fall session for them.
