3-Month Milestone Milk Bath Session

This particular session was all about celebrating baby’s 3-month milestone, and let me just say, this little one absolutely stole the show! At 3 months old, babies are beginning to develop their personalities, and this session was no exception. Baby was all smiles and had the cutest expressions. I fell in love with those gummy grins!

We incorporated white and light pink roses into the bath, and these soft, delicate tones added just the right amount of color while maintaining the timeless feel of the photos. The flowers floated gently on the surface of the milky water, creating a dreamy, ethereal vibe that I couldn’t get enough of.

The large clawfoot tub was situated next to floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing ample natural light to flood the room. This light and airy atmosphere created the perfect canvas for capturing soft, natural images. One of my favorite parts of milestone milk bath sessions is the opportunity to include mom in the photos. There’s something so special about documenting the bond between a mother and her baby. Here, mom wore a gorgeous lacy white gown that photographed beautifully. The gown’s delicate details complemented the soft, milky water and floral accents creating a cohesive look.

Including mom in these sessions also allows us to capture those tender moments of connection—mom gazing lovingly at her baby, baby gripping mom’s finger, or cuddling close.
