Meet Easton! This precious little guy was the most wide awake newborn I’ve ever had the pleasure of photographing! His eyes finally started to get heavy towards the end of our Little Elm lifestyle newborn session and he eventually fell asleep. I could have watched him sleep all day! There is just something about watching a baby fall asleep. Their angelic expressions, dreamy smiles, jerky movements, squeaks and coos … it never gets old. I’m so excited to be sharing this session with you today!
Little Elm Lifestyle Newborn Session
This in home newborn session was ideal. The gorgeous nursery, which could be featured in a magazine, and the blue bed sheets, that coordinated wonderfully with the wardrobe choices, created the perfect backdrop to capture this handsome boy and his adorable sisters.
Easton was so squishy. I just wanted to nuzzle his cheeks! I still can’t get over how pleasant and calm he was for being so bright eyed and bushy-tailed! His two big sisters, Peyton and Addison, joined in on the fun too. Peyton and younger sister Addison are the sweetest big sisters to their new little brother.
Mom dressed Easton in a navy and cream, knitted outfit and stocking cap which perfectly matched his sisters’ dresses and navy blue bows. I love that the girls wore pearls! They were so excited to wear them. Addison kept showing me her string of pearls in between shots. It was so sweet.
Peyton LOVED the camera! She was beaming as she nestled Easton during the session. My heart melted into a puddle when she gently kissed his forehead. Addison was shy at first, but she warmed up as we went along. We tried to capture more sibling shots of the three of them once Easton fell asleep, but Addison was not into it, which is perfectly fine!
Toddlers, and babies for that matter, are often unpredictable, but don’t let that deter you from capturing these sweet moments. Whether it’s newborn portraits or family photos they are always worth it!
