Meet the Isom Family! I absolutely loved photographing this sweet family’s Frisco Commons Park family portraits. It was SO much fun, especially because these three are friends of ours. Trevor works with my husband and my son and Colt love getting to play trains together. When Shannon reached out because her dad was going to be in town, I knew we would have a great time documenting this sweet family.

Frisco Commons Park Family Portraits

If you’ve never been to Frisco Commons Park, make a trip today! It’s SUCH a beautiful park in the area and has a great little playground for the kids. We found a little trail that was perfect for the Isom family’s portraits. And the light we got during our session was just stunning!! We seriously lucked out. Colt was in a great mood, playing with Trevor and Shannon. And he loved getting to bring his grandpa, “Grumps” into the photos too. Shannon’s dad was amazing during our session. He wanted to help me with posing and let me tell you, he had some great ideas!

I love that Shannon wanted to capture this special time for her family. Whether you’ve got a grandparent coming into town or just need some updated portraits of your little ones, spring is a beautiful time for new portraits. It might be one of my favorite times of year honestly for photos!
